Dowell joined Oswalt in 1999 and in her tenure, she has been an essential part of all aspects of the organization and held management positions in Administration, Accounting, Purchasing, and Procurement.

Oswalt Restaurant Supply, based in Oklahoma City, distributes and installs foodservice equipment and supplies to the Foodservice Industry in central United States.
